The He Nan Province Arts Company and the Shao Lin Monk Chinese Culture and Martial Arts Academy will headline the spectacle supported by local community arts group. The concert is attended annually by more than 2500 people and is a highlight of the Chinese New Year Celebrations in Melbourne.
