The Victorian Multicultural Commission

The Victorian Multicultural Commission was established in 1983 and is the voice of Victoria’s culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Informed by grassroots consultation and a network of Regional Advisory Committees, the Commission advocates to all levels of government, links multicultural communities with services, and hosts events that showcase and promote our state’s vibrant cultural diversity.

The Federation of Chinese Associations

The Federation of Chinese Associations (FCA) is comprised of 112 member associations with 30,000 individual members.  Memberships are classified into 6 areas 1) Chinese language school; 2) arts and culture; 3) the seniors group; 4) health and well-being; 5) commerce and trade networking; and 6) regional-based social group.

The Chinese Youth Society of Melbourne

The Chinese Youth Society of Melbourne (CYSM) is a not-for-profit youth organisation which celebrates and promotes all aspects of Chinese culture. We offer a range of cultural, sporting and community activities including Lion Dancing, Dragon Dancing, Kung Fu, Chinese Folk Dancing, Dragon Boat Racing and Soccer. In 2018, we are proud to celebrate our 50th year serving the community.
